Sun Chemical acquired RJA dispersion limited liability company businessSun Chemical, one of the world's leading producers of organic pigments, announced today that it has acquired the assets and business of RJA Dispersion on March 1, 2017, Japan's DIC Corporation. Headquartered in Hudson, Wisconsin, RJA is one of the leaders in the ultra-fine particle and pigment dispersions industry in the digital ink market. RJA's full range of dispersions is mainly used for energy curing (UV), environmentally friendly solvent and waterborne Ink ink. The product system to join, will strengthen the solar chemical company high-performance pigment business diversified product line. "RJA is a technology company that enjoys a reputation for innovation, high quality and cutting-edge specialty dispersions in the fast growing digital printing market," said Myron Petruch, president of Sun Chemical High Performance Pigments.
